I have tried the diet called the Z...Thank You Amy,
I have tried the diet called the Zone in the beginning of my fybro. Im not sure if that is the kind of diet you are talking about. That didnt help one bit. I saw a chiropractor and he said he couldnt help me I also went to a pain management doctor who also told me there wasnt anything he could do to help me both doctors because my pain is to widespread. I did go to yoga classes for awhile but stopped going to because it was a long ride but I do do it at home. I also did exercise in a pool at a college when the pool was warm it was good but warm was rear. I also had to get up at 6 in the morning because I could only go at the early morning class for a huge discount , it wasnt cheep with out the discount. I found getting up so early to go to a cold pool was no help so I stopped. I have never heard of oxygenated water. I will have to look for some. I did go to 2 different , physical therapy. They did the ultrasound and the TENS unit . I didnt find any help from either one. I have not gone for the massage therapy. I just have a hard time going for more pain. My doctor suggested I go try acupuncture but I had said I didnt want to go but rethinking that. I read that tie chi is suppose to be a great mild exercise and great help . I can not find a place anywhere near where I live. The closest is 1 1/2 hours away. With winter I do not want to drive that far. When the nice weather comes and if I dont find someone closer I will think about trying it. What dose help is my hot tub. If I cold live in that I would be wonderful!! We got a small one it is 3 person. Im the only one that uses it unless I get company. My husband doesnt like it because I usually have it at 101 degrees. Ok I am totally blank now!! Was on a roll but my daughter called and I have just lost my train of thought! LOL!! What is just so strange to me is I was in a HORRIABLE marriage for 28 years. I finally get the courage to leave. Meet the man of my dreams, get the house with the yard I always wanted and one day I wake up and I start with pain and so tired I just cant do anything. Makes me wonder.......
I hope everyone is having a good day.
NancyNancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11844413349937340571noreply@blogger.com
